Introduction
AC415-1200kW Automatic Load Bank combine the dry type load module and automatic measurement and control module, it can accurately test output power and load capacity of all kinds of generators, offer scientific and high efficiency testing method for large power generator set.
The system is composed of measurement & control part and load part, mainly including dry type AC load bank, auxiliary control data acquisition system, auto load/unload control system, cooling system etc.
Applications

Main features
(1) Load Testing: load power that not beyond the rated power, testing the output capacity of the generator set.
(2) Control Pattern: There is local control panel with several power steps; user can load/unload by button.
(3) Display Data: The local measurement meter can display voltage and current.
(4) Emergency Stop: user can load or unload with one key easy to control.
(5) Over Voltage Protection: When the load input voltage is over the safety threshold, it will auto unload and give a alarm.
(6) Short-circuit Protection: The load circuit equip with fuse, can avoid the risk of load short circuit or the current is over large.
(7) Overheat Protection: When the load temperature is over the safety threshold, it will unload automatically and give a alarm.
(8) Fan interlock protection: load bank cannot add any load when working power of fan is off.
